Nice Muslim receipt

Four dozen uncooked pigs ears
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
One cup of diced pigs tail
one third cup of diced green peppers
3 cloves of minced garlic
one third cup of Sherry
two cups of heavy Cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Use the grits you just made from my stone ground grits recipe.
Put the Olive Oil and the diced pigs tail and the diced peppers into skillet and heat to a saute with the garlic added last until everything blends nicely and softens. Add the salt and Pepper. Set the tails aside, until now, now toss the tails into the saute and heat until they are pink. NOW Add the sherry and the cream and get a good consistency.
Place the tails on the Grits and pour the saute' over thectails and grits.
Finish the bottle of Cream Sherry with the meal. One glass or two, sip it.
